ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you submit an order on this webpage, your order shall be considered an offer to Le Lotus Bleu. Le Lotus Bleu reserves the right to refuse your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to (i) the availability of the products in your area and (ii) if the products are incorrectly described or priced on the webpage. All discounted item sales are final. The applicable third-party credit card service provider must approve all purchases using a credit card. You agree not to resell any products purchased under this Agreement nor to transfer any of your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of Le Lotus Bleu.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that our handcrafted artisan products will leave our facility in peak condition. We want to know if any of our products need to meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your products, we will gladly issue a refund for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned within 30 days of delivery. Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality-related issues. REFUND POLICY

Currently, we offer refunds for order changes or cancellations. If you change your mind regarding your order and no longer wish to receive it, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping cost. When inquired for, sale adjustments will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours before the sale.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Please note that we currently ship Globally. The Tea Club subscription program is available to U.S. residents only. Blue Lotus is legally allowed to be cultivated, sold, and purchased in the United States and globally, except for Louisiana, Poland, Latvia, and Russia. 

HERBAL DISCLAIMER

Blue Lotus and Tea are marketed for various health benefits, such as improved sleep, anxiety relief, improved sexual performance, and antioxidant activity. Please recognize all herbal remedies may affect everyone differently. Before consuming, you must thoroughly familiarize yourself with herbal remedies and their potential contraindications. Please consult your physician about any medical concerns you may have. The Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated these products; therefore, we cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 5-7 business days to produce before they ship (this does not include weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure). Shipments originate in New York City, and transit times vary depending on where packages are delivered. Please remember that if you place your order after 11 am EST on Friday, your order will only be processed or shipped the following week, as Le Lotus Bleu is closed for business over the weekend. This includes all orders that require expedited shipping (i.e., Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).

HOLIDAY PROCESSING 

During the holiday season (November 1st-December 31st), orders can take up to 10 business days to process before shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please remember that if you place your order after noon on Friday, your order will only be processed or shipped the following week, as Le Lotus Bleu is closed for business over the weekend. This includes all orders that require expedited shipping (i.e., Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).

SHIPPING METHODS

UPS

Unless otherwise specified, all orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, so a street address is required to send a package via this method. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipment of your order.

 

UPS WORLDWIDE

UPS Worldwide shipping is available for Canada orders; please note that it is the customer's responsibility to take care of any taxes, fees, or dues upon receipt.

 

UPS GROUND

Orders shipped via UPS Ground can take 1-5 days for delivery, depending upon your location.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping (i.e., Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select) is available for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S. and Canada. Please note that an order processing time of 3-5 business days still applies to packages shipped using this method.

 

US MAIL

This method is unfortunately not available for shipment to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.

SHIPPING COST

Your order's shipping and handling cost is based on the order's total weight. 

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Le Lotus Bleu will ship based on the method you select from the available options. The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Le Lotus Bleu will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. Shipping charges will be listed when you purchase the product from this webpage. You are responsible for all federal and provincial shipping-related taxes and agree to comply with all export laws of the United States that apply to the products purchased or received under this Agreement. Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to wrong addresses, missing information, or needing someone present to accept packages. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please include that on your order.

 

UPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient's address if no one is there to sign for them; however, UPS drivers may also leave a UPS notice for a 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt at their discretion. Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We recommend that someone be home to accept the package or that it be shipped to a workplace or office address when possible.

 

If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a refund for your order minus the shipping cost. A new order is required to send the same items again. You may also need to provide an alternate shipping address, as UPS may flag the undeliverable address on all future deliveries.

 

Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or other acts beyond our control.

TEXT MESSAGING

By signing up for our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Le Lotus Bleu at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. 

WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

All Le Lotus Bleu wholesale status purchases are subject to a $200.00 minimum purchase per order. This makes it easier for us to devote 100% of our energy towards your order with a quicker turnaround, as we pack your purchase only when we receive it.

WHOLESALE SAMPLE REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Le Lotus Bleu wholesale customers are welcome to order samples to facilitate selecting and expanding upon their business' offerings. Up to 10 single samples or three sampler packs may be chosen per order. Samples are offered complimentary, requesting the customer cover the shipping cost.
