We guarantee that our products leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, please review the options below for a return resolution. Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for preference-based return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days after approval. 


Blue Lotus and Tea Products

Credit will be in the item amount, excluding shipping charges, if entirely unopened and unused. 



If an item arrives damaged, please contact ( immediately to request a replacement. Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item is required when submitting your request. 


Third-Party Vendor 

If the order was purchased via a third-party vendor, such as Amazon or Etsy, please understand that we cannot access your order history. We kindly ask that you work with those third-party vendors directly for the quickest support and resolution.
