We guarantee that our products leave our facility in peak condition. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, please review the options below for a return resolution. Le Lotus Bleu is not responsible for preference-based return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days after approval.
Blue Lotus and Tea Products
Credit will be in the item amount, excluding shipping charges, if entirely unopened and unused.
Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, please contact (lelotusbleunyc@gmail.com) immediately to request a replacement. Please note that photo documentation of the damaged item is required when submitting your request.

If the order was purchased via a third-party vendor, please understand that we cannot access your order history. We kindly ask that you work with those third-party vendors directly for the quickest support and resolution.
