Steeping:  Our Le Lotus Bleu tea can be steeped up to three times, with the second and third steps requiring longer infusing. The shorter the brewing time, the sweeter and more subtle the flavor. Longer brewing times will give a more spicy and bitter taste. The flowers can be eaten as is or after brewing for the 'maximum absorption' of alkaloids.
